SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with MYDENTALKIT. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders.

1) WHERE WE SHIP FROM
To deliver your order as fast as possible, we ship from different warehouses depending on product availability:
- China
- United States
- Poland (EU)

The shipping origin may vary by item. If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different locations.

2) ORDER PROCESSING
- Processing time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
- During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

3) SHIPPING CARRIERS
We use trusted carriers and logistics partners, including:
- YunExpress
- USPS
- DHL

The carrier used depends on the destination, warehouse location, and shipping method selected at checkout.

4) ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery time is counted from the date your order ships (not the date it is placed).

Typical delivery estimates:
- Europe: 6–10 business days
- United States: 6–12 business days
- Other countries: delivery times vary and will be shown at checkout when available

Please note: These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to customs processing, carrier backlogs, weather, or peak seasons.

5) SHIPPING RATES & FREE SHIPPING
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
We offer Free Shipping to most countries. If Free Shipping is available for your address and order, it will appear automatically at checkout.

6) TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the shipment is handed to the carrier.

7) CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country.
- These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
- We do not control these fees and cannot estimate them.

8) ADDRESS ACCURACY & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, refusal, or failure to pick up, we can:
- Reship the order (customer covers the reshipping cost), or
- Issue a refund for the product price minus the original shipping cost (if applicable) and any return/handling fees.

9) LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:
- The outer packaging
- The shipping label
- The damaged item(s)

If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please check with neighbors/household members and your local carrier first, then contact us.

We will do our best to assist with carrier investigations/claims. However, once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delays or delivery issues may occur that are outside our control.

10) RETURNS (14 DAYS)
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.
